Our account managers, merchandising team, and garment technicians work together in a collaborative environment that ensures a coordinated approach through to delivery of the finished product.
We build strong successful partnerships with our suppliers and customers via a flexible and collaborative approach, and follow our proven methodology. We focus on strong sustainable relationships with our suppliers and retail partners.
Our attentive account management process has been refined over many years, it focuses on delivering beautiful, high-quality garments to a deadline and agreed costs. The whole project is overseen by our account management team who are at the heart of our collaborative environment

Working closely with the other internal team’s we present latest trends, industry updates, fabrics and shapes so that we can tailor and develop a product that is right for your brand.

We look to create a product that your customers will love, to maximise sell-through, and we continuously look to develop new products or fabrics that we feel are suitable to help you develop your business. We are always only a phone call away, but our account management team will hold regular meetings with you to create strong relationships with you.
Our account managers work hand in hand with our Merchandising and Garment Tech teams, ensuring a seamless transition through the critical path process, always overseeing the account and ensuring you are happy with the service level we are providing.
