Merchandising
Our experienced merchandising team plays a pivotal role in our critical path. It is in constant communication with our overseas factories to ensure the timely delivery of projects and serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire project’s lifecycle—from initial development to approvals, production, and the handover for shipment.
To reinforce our commitment to providing customers with a high-quality product and discuss any issues that might arise, we hold weekly critical path meetings internally, with factories and customers to identify and resolve any issues. During these data-driven meetings, our experienced merchandising team examines forward-planning dates, considers seasonality and ensures adherence to project delivery times.
Finally, our merchandising team leverages its wealth of knowledge in fabrics, print, and dye methods to ensure the final outcome aligns seamlessly with the expectations of our customers.
This approach is focused on our customers success and helps us build longterm relationships.
Garment Technicians
Our experienced UK based garment technologists have responsibility for the entire production journey, from the initial design concept to the delivery of bulk goods to your warehouse.
Their wealth of experience covers diverse product categories, including men’s, kids’, baby’s, ladies’, and fuller bust sizes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products you can take pride in. For this reason, our garment technologists collaborate closely with the in-house design team during the design and development phase to ensure all styles exceed your customers’ expectations, offering innovative and technically advanced garments.
To guarantee the utmost quality, we meticulously source fabrics with sustainability and budget considerations in mind. As part of this process, all selected fabrics undergo rigorous testing in accredited laboratories, ensuring compliance with performance standards and adherence to REACH regulations.
The Perfect Fit
To achieve a perfect fit for your customers the in-house fit tools we use include live models and a range of specialist fit mannequins spanning baby to plus sizes to ensure the fit and style complies with your requirements. During this process, you will also have access to our garment technologists who will collaborate with you on fit meetings that take place either in person or via video calls. To further guarantee high quality, every sample undergoes a detailed check for measurements and construction to set the correct standard for bulk production in our factories.
