Whilst our design team comp-shop in Barcelona, Haddow group is reflecting on the success of our recent annual Showcase. The Tiled Hall Café within Leeds Art Gallery hosted the 2025 edition of the event; the centre credited as a hub of artistic innovation was the perfect location, helping to advise, inspire and inform the development of next seasons clothing ranges across the U.K. high-street. A variety of national retailers attended, enjoying talks from our partners at WGSN, yarn specialists and our own global sourcing manager visiting from Haddow’s international office. A major focus of Haddow’s showcase is new product, with customer specific and category orientated trends, showing personalised SS26 predictions.
Haddow’s designers curated a variety of trend-focused product spaces, across Boy’s, Girl’s, Ladies and Men’s departments. The areas exhibited pioneering techniques, innovate fabrics, unique trims and adventurous styling details. This new development is manufactured by our partner factories within regions of global acclaim for your product. The trend areas are open to touch, browse and photograph throughout the day, positioned around the main stage of expert speakers. The exhibition also serves as an exclusive first-look at specialist bought samples, providing inspiring design-direction from Haddow’s recent global comp-shops. With Barcelona, London and Palma comp-shops pending, we are excited to add to this mix further; a design development meeting can be organised to share these samples in person.
Insights into product-focused sourcing trends and new trade routes were presented, being delivered through video, interactive talks and a focused sourcing area for discussion with our experts.
