In April, Haddow Group will be browsing the array of recently bought samples from our global comp shops. From New York to Palma, Paris to Miami, our samples help showcase the most pioneering concepts and innovative designs. Haddow prides itself on continuously curating and sourcing new products. Customers have access to all our samples at events and design meetings, with many comp shop products informing their own ranges and fuelling more ambitious fashion design inspiration.
Comp shops have also previously taken place in Barcelona, Antwerp, London and Ibiza. The most recent comp shop took place in New York. A city renowned for diverse and premium fashion products that are cutting-edge for a number of reasons. This location has provided us with nightwear, swimwear, loungewear, lingerie and activewear across our ladies’, children’s and men’s consumer departments. In short – it was an excellent trip with some very exciting outcomes!
We have also taken huge inspiration from the New York men’s samples. They demonstrate interesting prints, more contemporary shapes and pockets, unusual drawcords and fabric finishes, with some swimming trunks showcasing embroidery. Within our initial design meetings, customers have the opportunity to look at new samples and help build a range or a design around a concept they may have otherwise been unaware of.
